Our hall is available to hire for private parties/functions or enduring hire for club/ groups/ societies. There is a minimum hire of 2 hours. The hall costs £10 per hour. If you want the hall and the bar open, the cost is £20 per hour. We would like to politely remind patrons that alcohol cannot be brought into the club for consumption on the premises. If you are lucky enough to win alcohol on a raffle, please wait until you get home to drink it.
Our beautiful Parrot Lounge is included in the hire of the hall. We have trestle tables and table cloths free for you to use. We can store ambient items of your buffet from the day before your function, but chilled items will need to brought on the day. The recommendation is that buffets should be consumed with 4 hours of being taken out of refrigeration.
Our hall's capacity is for 120 people. We welcome family parties, but respectfully remind patrons that they are responsible for their children and all children must be supervised at all times.
Hirers are welcome to use our balloon arch and electronic air pump. The arch needs about 200-250 balloons. Our balloon arch is free to use, but we require a deposit of £20 (refundable) in case of damage.
Tea and Coffee making facilities can be provided. This costs £50 per booking and incudes tea, coffee, herbal tea, milk, sugar and individually wrapped biscuits served in cups and saucers.
